We accept reasonable returns and exchanges requirements after customers communicate with us about the mutual responsibility and conditions for returns and exchanges.
A customer of us placed an order for 60 units of 21.5-inch touch monitors. After their customer receiving the goods in July, 2023, the customer knew that they had placed wrong order. The customer contacted us and expressed the intention to return the wrong order and reorder a new batch. In addition, they wanted us to produce the new order of 60 units as soon as possible.
Worry-Free Exchanges : Top One Tech Accept Reasonable Return and Refund
Top One Tech is responsible for any product we sell and can accept reasonable return and refund requirements. After fully understanding the customer’s requirements, we arranged the return procedures for the customer. We called the customs office in advance to inquire about the relative policy for export returned goods. Our colleague in charge of customs declaration also went to the customs office in person to consult the information that needed to be prepared to make sure all the procedure goes as quickly and smoothly as possible. Before both our customers and their customers went on holiday in August, we proactively prepared all necessary documents for the return order. Concurrently, upon the customer’s confirmation of the new order, we initiated production for the new batch of touch monitors.
After the customer received the returned goods, they departed from the customer’s country’s port at the end of October, arriving in Hong Kong in early December 2023. Having thoroughly familiarized ourselves with relevant policies and logistics, we prepared and submitted all required customs information and documents beforehand, ensuring smooth clearance. After completing the warehouse inspection, we issued a full refund to the customer, deducting packaging and manual assembly costs.
