Fast touchscreen monitor prototyping
A 3D model of the custom OEM touch screen monitor and display will be created within 3 working days. After your approval, a sample will be produced within 10 to 15 working days. You can test it and request any design modifications. Once you are satisfied with the sample, it will proceed to production.
Small-scale production
OEM touch screen displays are best produced in low volumes to manage inventory and allow market testing before mass production. This approach enables gathering public feedback and refining the product to better meet user needs. Custom touchscreen displays can be quickly manufactured to match your specifications.
Custom Display Process
1.Discuss
Once we receive your requirements, we will contact you as soon as possible. Simply share your needs, ideas, or sketches, and we will discuss the size, appearance, performance, and details of selecting the right touch screens and displays. If needed, we can provide a draft design. Additionally, you are welcome to visit our facility and discuss your project in person at your convenience.
2.Design
Once the details are reconfirmed, we will begin creating the design for a 3D OEM touch screen monitor drawing within three working days.
3.Making Samples
After you approve the drawing, we will proceed with preparing the open frame monitor sample for you. The open frame touch monitor samples will be shipped to you within 10-15 working days.
4.Mass Production
Once the customer approves the sample, we will proceed with mass production. Throughout the entire manufacturing process, we ensure careful attention to every step.

5.FQC
Once production is complete, we conduct a thorough 100% inspection to ensure every display meets quality standards. Each product undergoes nine rigorous tests, including a screen aging test and high and low-temperature testing, which significantly enhance reliability. This process allows us to deliver the highest quality products to you.

6.Delivery
Once all products pass the tests, we implement protective packaging measures to prevent shipping damage, ensuring their safety during transit. This step is essential.
