Top One Tech Factory Visit By Customers from Spain – On Wednesday (May 17th), we were delighted to welcome our customers and friends from Spain, whose company primarily supplies vending machines and self-service machines in Europe.
Following the long pandemic lockdown that concluded in late 2022, they eventually coordinated a business trip to China, attending the Asia Vending & Smart Retail Expo 2023 in Guangzhou from May 15th to 17th and meeting with their business partners. They were seeking more business opportunities and partners at the exhibition. Consequently, taking advantage of the moment, they opted to visit us and tour our factory in Shenzhen.
Since the customer first cooperated with us many years ago, our partnership has endured and grown stronger over time. Furthermore, we have been assisting them in supplying touch and display hardware for their machines and devices, along with providing related technical consultation and support. Over these years, we have cooperated very happily. Moreover, the customer gives us very positive feedback about our products and services in our long-term partnership. They informed us that their devices seamlessly integrated our touch screens and monitors, performing excellently without any reported failures. Consequently, they trust us for our product quality and professionalism.

Touch Monitor Factory Visit
The representatives from Top One Tech’s sales and technical departments escorted them to visit the touch monitor factory in the morning and the sheet metal factory in the afternoon. Our production environment satisfies them greatly. So far, our collaboration has primarily focused on the touch display hardware sector. We’re eager to expand our collaboration to include sheet metal, anticipating fruitful partnerships and shared business prospects ahead.
We’re pleased that they enjoyed the local Cantonese Hakka dishes for lunch and appreciated the special Chinese gifts we provided.
