Customization Procedure
Customer Requirements Evaluation and Communication
Once we receive the customers’ requirements, our technical staff will evaluate the requirements and provide our customers with a customized solution based on their needs including the application scenarios and applied devices or machines. We can make our customer touch screens, touchscreen monitors, and touchscreen computers with customized sizes, shapes, performances, colors, etc. We will also give our customers professional advices and consultant services about how to select touch screens, touch screen monitors, and touch screen computers that are catering to their aims. We also welcome a visit to our facility and discuss the specific requirements face-to-face.
Design and Modeling
We will draw a draft based on the customer’s requirements so that we can come to more details of the customized product. After the details are confirmed, we will start 2D/3D modeling design. It usually takes 3 work days to finish an OEM touchscreen monitor drawing.
Sample Making
Once all the details of the 2D/3D model are confirmed, we will make the sample. It usually takes 10-15 working days before the sample can be sent to you.
Volume Production
After the customer sends us written approval for the sample, we will start volume production. We follow the standard process of touchscreen product manufacture as other regular products including product inspection and testing before package and delivery.
